Jennifer Williams - Director

Jennifer Williams joined the Sunbrook family in 2005. Previously, she was employed with the Pickens County Department of Family and Children Services, as well as an Investigator for Cobb County Crimes against Children. Although her title was Case Manager, she was placed into numerous other positions that involved a variety of roles and capabilities. After several years in this field, she realized how much she enjoyed working with children. She wanted to do something that would be rewarding to her, something that would make a positive impact on a child’s life.

Jennifer has been a resident of Georgia for five years and is originally from New Jersey. She comes to Sunbrook Academy with a Bachelor of Arts obtained from Norwich University, as well as her Georgia Director’s Certificate. Her reason for choosing Sunbrook Academy is that Sunbrook allows children to be individuals, to learn, have fun, and explore! Sunbrook encourages children to grow and develop while giving them love, support and an exceptional quality of care.

While away from her school, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeremiah, and their two dogs, Hank and Jaidee. Jennifer and jeremiah also enjoy going to the beach, camping and swimming.

Julie Senkowitz - Asst. Director

Julie was born in Ohio, lived in Texas, and moved to Georgia in 2001. She has been married to her husband John for over 16 years and has a 12 year old son, Jack.

Julie became a part of the Sunbrook team in 2005 where she started out as the cook. Since then, she has worked her way up from cook to teacher to Assistant Director! Her previous position held was in El Paso, Texas where she taught pre-kindergarten for five years. She obtained her Child Development Associate certification in May 2008 and has been moving forward ever since.

In Julie’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, her dog Freddie, exercising and traveling.
